Free Delivery
The Living Company offer free standard delivery for all orders valued at £45 or over.
Express 24-hour* Delivery
If you want your order quickly, you can choose the 24-hour* delivery option. This is an additional charge of £8.00, regardless of whether you spend over £45. The Express 24-hour* delivery service is only available for England, Wales, and mainland Scotland.
* Please note the Express 24-hour delivery applies to orders placed Monday-Friday. Your order must be placed before 12-noon to recieve your goods by 12-noon the following day. If your order is placed on Friday, it will arrive the following Monday before 12-noon.
Returns
We want to make sure you are happy with your goods, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return them within 28 days from the date of dispatch and we will refund you in full.
If the items you received were damaged, faulty or sent in error we will of course refund your postage costs.
If however, you have just changed your mind or don't like the item you will need to pay for the postage. We also recommend you return the goods via recorded delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected.
